The Gwadar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) is pleased to offer Visa Recommendation letters to our esteemed members, aiming to facilitate their visa application processes for international travel. Issuance of Visa Recommendation Letter

The GCCI is authorized to issue Visa Recommendation letters for the following purposes:

  1. Outbound Visits by Members:
    • Engaging in business meetings, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and other relevant events.
    • Exploring business opportunities and networking on behalf of their organizations.
  2. Required Documentation:
    To obtain a Visa Recommendation Letter, kindly submit the following documents:
    • A formal letter on your company letterhead, detailing the purpose of your visit.
    • A clear copy of your passport.
    • A copy of your CNIC (National Identity Card) for reference.
    Additionally, if you have received an invitation letter from the host country, kindly include a copy of it along with your application. If you are an employee of a company, please provide a copy of your appointment letter as well.

  3. Inbound Visits by Foreign Businessmen to Pakistan:
    • Participating in business meetings, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and other related activities.
    • Exploring business prospects and fostering partnerships within Pakistan.
    Required Documentation:
    To request a Visa Recommendation Letter for foreign businessmen visiting Pakistan, please provide the following documents:
    • A formal letter on your company letterhead, outlining the purpose of your visit to Pakistan.
    • A clear copy of your passport.
    • A copy of your Employee Card or Business Card for reference.

Fee Details:
The fee for obtaining a Visa Recommendation Letter is Rs. 5,000/-

Please note that the issuance of a Visa Recommendation Letter does not guarantee visa approval. The final decision lies solely with the respective embassy/consulate. However, the Visa Recommendation Letter serves as a valuable supporting document that strengthens your visa application.
