Gwadar Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GCCI) Holds Key Meeting with COPHC to Enhance Gwadar Port Operations

Gwadar, June 20, 2025 — The Gwadar Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GCCI) held a significant meeting with Mr. Wang, General Manager of China Overseas Ports Holding Company (COPHC), on Friday at Gwadar Port. The agenda focused on accelerating efforts to streamline and enhance the operational efficiency of Gwadar Port.

The meeting was attended by GCCI President Mr. Jeehund Hoth, along with prominent members including Mr. Nagman Abdul, Mr. Abdul Basit, Mr. Abdul Rasool, Mr. Mir Maqsood, Mr. Mir Rashid, and DSG Mr. Khalid Saif.

Both sides emphasized the need for stronger coordination and practical steps to activate the full potential of the port for regional trade, investment, and local economic development.
