Gwadar Chamber Promotes Trade with Turkmenistan
Islamabad – Gwadar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) Group Chairman, Mir Naveed Jan Baloch, met with the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to discuss avenues for trade and economic cooperation.
During the meeting, the GCCI Chairman invited Turkmenistan to explore business opportunities through Gwadar Port, highlighting its strategic role as a gateway for Central Asian trade and global connectivity. He emphasized that greater collaboration in sectors such as transit trade, energy, and logistics would create mutual benefits for both countries.
The Ambassador welcomed the initiative and appreciated GCCI role in strengthening regional linkages. Both sides agreed that enhanced trade and connectivity would contribute significantly to the growth of regional economies.
Gwadar Chamber of Commerce and Industry reaffirms its commitment to fostering regional trade, promoting economic integration, and positioning Gwadar as a hub of future commerce.
