Inauguration of Sewage Treatment Plant at Gwadar Port Complex

The sewage treatment plant at Gwadar Port Complex was inaugurated by Shams Ul Haq Kalmati, President of the Gwadar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), and Pasand Khan Bulidi, Chairman of the Gwadar Port Authority.

During the ceremony, Shams Ul Haq Kalmati praised Chairman Pasand Khan Bulidi for his personal interest and efforts in promoting business activities at the Gwadar Port. He highlighted that several public welfare projects are being implemented under the leadership of the Gwadar Port Authority, with a special focus on education and health.Shams Ul Haq Kalmati added that the establishment of the sewage treatment plant will contribute to a greener environment and enhance the beauty of Gwadar.

Chairman Pasand Khan Bulidi emphasized that the sewage treatment plant will not only create a cleaner environment within the port complex but also convert wastewater into clean water for use in landscaping and greening efforts. He affirmed that the Gwadar Port Authority will continue its commitment to the well-being of the city and its residents.

The event was also attended by Ghulam Mohammad Negori from the Fish Industries, Engineer Abdul Wahid Baloch, Imam Bakhsh Bizanjo, Qazi Niamatullah, and several other notable figures.
